Return / Refund / Cancellation

Product will be returned/Replace only if the following criteria meet
Should be inform with in 2 days after receiving the product ,
Beyond 2 days returns will not entertained.for following criteria
-Damaged product / Defective product
-Not as described / Varies from the description
-Wrong product delivered
-Missing parts / Accessories

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Opening box video with images may or may not be required.

You have the option to either arrange for a pickup or send the return package on your own. A pickup incurs a fee of ₹100 per package, which will be subtracted from your total refund. However, if the return is due to our error, such as receiving incorrect or damaged items, this fee will not apply.

Order Cancellation

Once you place the order ,the same you can cancelled with-in 24 hours or before shipping of the product (simply login to your account or contact Customer Care)
Order cancellation request will be denied ,Once your order status will be processed to Shipped

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your return is approved, You will receive the refund within 3-7 business days
We will initiate a refund to your Bank Account(IMPS,NEFT,RTGS or Paytm (as mention refund option, will be done in Digital mode,or refund back to origional ource of payments
No cash or cheque payment will be entertained,for refund )
