2) What is Cash on Delivery (COD) ?
VIVIDKART offers COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option for your orders without the need of an advance payment, That Means you can pay for your order by cash once it reach to your door step (available in selected pin codes & products).

3) COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms & Conditions?
• Please see the label of COD availability in the product page for COD (Cash on Delivery) option.
• To see COD options availability in your location please click on Calculate Shipping option in the Checkout page
.• COD (Cash on Delivery) charges will be applicable,as per  delivery location.
• Payment will be accepted by cash (Indian Currency) only.
• No Credit/Debit/ATM Cards will be accepted for the payment of COD (Cash on Delivery).
• The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
• Please handover the only amount which is printed on the invoice to courier person. (Shipping Charges are included in the amount mentioned on the Invoice).


What are the delivery charges?

VIVIDKART offers you free shipping, if payment mode is online/prepaid
However if order is cash on delivery (COD), then there are charges can be calculated during checkout

  1. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  2. Free shipping if the order is online payment / prepaid(All over India)
  3. COD Charges Applicable All over India,as per location and weight of product
  4. No Additional COD Charges In Mumbai Circle.(For normal shipping)
  5. In a day shipping available in Mumbai selected region,RS 150 /RS 250 will  be extra charges,as its a special delivery service and this charges are prepaid.
  6. Minimum cart value for free shipping is vary for location, courier serviceability or a product in cart.
  7. As a customer  You will be responsible for paying shipping costs ,and for returning your product fixed charges may applied .
    Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 
What is the estimated delivery time?

Order processing time (and dispatched ) with in 24-48 hours ,
Once the product will be handover to our logistics partner ,it will take minimum 3 Days To 5 days all over India,
But in some locations(subject to pincode availablity) it may takes upto 7-10 days MAX 
 **NOTE Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays/ national holidays

What are Order Status Details 

The different statuses for order are:
Processing: Your order is placed and confirmed.
PACKED : Your item has been packed and ready to ship.
SHIPPED: Your item has been shipped.will get your tracking details thru Sms/whatsapp/email
Out for delivery Your order is sent out for delivery ,and will be delivered to you in few hours.
DELIVERED: Your item has been delivered.
CANCELLED: Your order has been cancelled.
RETURNED: You have returned your item and received refund.
RETURNED RECEIVED: Returned item received and under inspection for any defaults
REFUNDED : Your amount have been refunded,check details you have provided
REPLACED: Your replacement request is complete.
COURIER RETURNED: The item is returned to VIVIDKART by the courier as “undelivered”.
Pending Payment – Payment of the order is pending
On Hold – Your Order is kept on hold due to pending payments/product unavailability.
REFUNDED – Your order amount has been refunded.
Failed – Your order is failed.
What if I will not be present at the time of delivery?If you missed the delivery of your order, don’t worry logistics team will contact you to check when you are available to accept the delivery.

(only 3 attempt will be tried to deliver the order as per the confirmation of availability from customer, if customer is not available on the same day also the order will be cancelled automatically and refund will be generated in case of  prepaid orders.)

Will I be charged for RTO?
Yes, you will be charged for your RTO shipments. RTO rates depend on your shipment weight and zone. Apart from that, different couriers have different RTO rates.

(RTO Charges includes forward shipping charges and return charges )

Return / Refund / Cancellation


Product will be returned/Replace only if the following criteria meet
and should be inform with in 2 days after receiving the product ,
Beyond 2 days returns will not entertained.
-Damaged product / Defective product
-Not as described / Varies from the description
-Wrong product delivered
-Missing parts / Accessories

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Opening box video with images may or may not be required.

You can either schedule a pickup or mail the return package by yourself.
The pickup fee is ₹100/package, which will be deducted from your refund total. But if it is our fault for a return (like wrong products or damaged products

Once you place the order ,the same you can cancelled with-in 24 hours or before shipping of the product
you cannot cancel the order ,Once your order status will be processed to shipped


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your return is approved, You will receive the refund within 3 business days
we will initiate a refund to your 
Bank Account or Paytm (as mention refund option, will be done in Digital mode,no cash or cheque payment will be entertained )

Incase of prepaid undelivered shipment or customer refused to accept order then there will be RTO charges Yes, you will be charged for your RTO shipments. RTO rates depend on your shipment weight and zone. Apart from that, different couriers have different RTO rates.
